We received massive interest for our 1-day Phototherapy CPD throughout last year and the recent social distancing restrictions has undoubtedly provided good reason for us to offer the complete course remotely. We’re therefore delighted to let you know we can now offer the full course via 3 separate sessions via live video link on Zoom.
If you are not yet familiar with Zoom, it is free to participants who receive an invite to join a meeting which will be hosted by us. The cost to you for attending the course via Zoom in 3 separate sessions (up to 2hrs each + additional reading) is £60 including VAT.
We’ll be limiting the number on each session to 6 participants which will maintain a good level of engagement throughout. Presentation slides and additional reading documentation will be provided digitally to ensure you have everything you need to complete the whole course (6hrs CPD). View the course syllabus here.
The first Phototherapy course sessions in 3 separate parts will be happening this coming week:
SESSION 1 on Tuesday 7th April – 9.30am to 11.30am
SESSION 2 on Wednesday 8th April – 9.30am to 11.30am
SESSION 3 on Wednesday 8th April – 2.30pm to 4.30pm
Places for each session will be offered on a first come first served basis. Don’t worry if you can’t get on this first one as we’ll increase the number of courses available subject to the demand, especially through the lockdown period and beyond.
It is an ideal time to add to your skills and understanding of a valuable modality for your practice. Any professional working with animals or enthusiast who wishes to learn more about phototherapy is very welcome.
As members and regular conference attendees at the International Light Association, it is our passion and mission that everyone should have access to knowledge of the therapeutic effects of the light spectrum and how we can best utilise this natural energy source for our own health as well as our animals. With your participation in our unique and enlightening course we can help make that mission into reality.
We will be covering the history, science, and benefits of photobiomodulation and how you can integrate it into your practice.
