We collect Personal Information that you supply to us at Events such as Conferences, exhibitions and animal or human related fairs and shows. This is done verbally or by you using one of our data collection forms. This may be hand written or in a digital format and in either instance the personal information you provide, along with your contact preferences and any consents you choose to give us, will be entered into our CRM system provided by 5CRM. This will then be used to provide you with the information eg Monthly e.Newsletters, competition details or other services you have requested from us.
Information we Collect Automatically:
When someone visits www.danetrehealthproducts.com we collect certain information related to your device, such as your devices IP address, what pages your device visited and the time and duration.
Danetre Health Products Ltd. use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We may occasionally use a third party provider, Mailchimp, 5CRM or Sendgrid, to deliver our monthly e-newsletters and other e.marketing activities.
