VAT Exemption
Save 20% VAT if you are eligible
Under UK VAT legislation, some people and organisations can purchase certain medical devices without paying VAT.
Danetre Health Products Ltd can only supply products at the zero rate of VAT where the eligibility criteria set by HMRC are met and a completed declaration has been received.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are eligible before applying.
Who may be eligible?
You may be able to claim VAT exemption if you are:
- An individual with a qualifying long-term illness or disability.
- A registered charity purchasing eligible products for qualifying charitable use.
Please note that not every medical condition or purchase qualifies.
For full eligibility criteria, please visit the HMRC website and checking the current guidance before completing one of our declaration forms.
