Information you provide to us

When you visit our website and use the Contact page, we ask for certain pieces of information. If you telephone us or call in person, we may ask for additional information. If you correspond with us by letter or email, you will provide personal information that we may use.

  1. Via the website, email, phone, letter or personal call - we may collect your first name, last name, title and email address, so that we can personalise our services to you;

  2. We ask for your first name, last name and email address so we can respond to your website enquiry and, where you have indicated your acceptance, send you emails about our company, products, services and offers.

  3. We ask for your telephone number so that we can contact you in response to your email enquiry or letter, to remind you of appointment times and with a mobile telephone number to send you SMS/text messages with reminders of appointments or to send information about our company, products, services or offers.

  4. We ask for your address and postcode so that we can contact you in response to your letter, remind you of appointment times or to send information about our company, products, services or offers.

Events

We collect personal information that you supply to us at events such as conferences, exhibitions and animal or human-related fairs and shows. This is done verbally or by you using one of our data collection forms. This may be handwritten or in a digital format and in either instance, the personal information you provide, along with your contact preferences and any consents you choose to give us, will be entered into our CRM system provided by Hubspot. This will then be used to provide you with the information, eg. monthly e-newsletters, competition details or other services you have requested from us.

Information we collect automatically:

Website

When someone visits www.danetrehealthproducts.com, we collect certain information related to your device, such as your device’s IP address, what pages your device visited and the time and duration.

Danetre Health Products Limited uses third party services, Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google or Squarespace to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be upfront about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

E-newsletter and other email marketing activities

We may occasionally use a third-party provider, Hubspot, to deliver our monthly e-newsletters and other e-marketing activities. What do we do with your personal information?

All such third parties who are acting as Data Processors for us must match, or in certain situations exceed, the terms of our Privacy Policy in their own Privacy Policy and where relevant links to their Privacy Policy will be provided during the transaction process with us.   • Where we need to do so in order to enforce our rights or protect our interests for example, in order to enforce the terms of any contract that we have with you;

  • We may pass your personal information to third parties for the prevention of crime, fraud, money laundering and for the tracing of debtors;

  • As we develop our business, we might sell or buy companies or other businesses. If we do so, this might involve transferring customer information relating to the relevant company or business to the person buying the business (who will only be permitted to use your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Statement and Cookies Policy);

  • We do not directly share or disclose your personal information through international data transfers from the UK to any other country. If we use data storage providers such as Dropbox or Google Cloud they may store your personal information on servers outside the UK. Use of your data for marketing communications

When you provide us with your personal information, we give you the opportunity to tell us what communications you want to receive and how you want to receive them. You can opt out of receiving this information or change any of your preferences, at any time. To opt out use the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the email communications we send. Your rights
